Michael Cook

Chair

Michael is Vice Chairman of RBC Capital Markets (Royal Bank of Canada) for Australia. He has had a long career in investment banking, with senior leadership positions at Macquarie Group and Bankers Trust in Sydney and New York.

Michael has specialised in providing corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and private equity investment during his career. He has served on the Macquarie Group Foundation in North America and currently serves on a number of boards of emerging technology and health focussed companies. These include Emprevo and loop+, where he is Chairman and Mport/springday, where he is a board member. He also sits on the investment committee and Board of Marshall Investments, a Sydney-based family investment office.

Rachael Natoli

Founder and CEO

Rachael Natoli is an accomplished primary school teacher, who drove successful change and performance within the education sector. Rachael has attained a postgraduate certificate in Early Professional Development and BA (Hons) in Primary Education from Leeds Beckett University. She is also the recipient of three Duke of Edinburgh Awards, including the gold standard, which she gained in 2007 for her community service, skill and physical recreation. She shares her experience and offers inspiring messages of hope for victims and survivors.

Rachael loves sport and is passionate about her team, the Sydney Roosters, which she supports religiously.

Karen Holmes

Board Member

Karen is a senior leader in the media arena, with over 20 years excperience, driving outstanding outcomes for clients and the business with companies such as dmg radio, Pacific Magazines and mcm entertainment.

Karten has have pioneered changes to the radio landscape introducing to the market truly integrated radio promotions that clients pay a premium, and has extensive experience in developing and managing high performance teams and mentoring them to success. Karen has an in-depth understanding of cross platform media ranging from print, to radio, to digital/social and some television.

Kristina Travers

Board Member

With over 20 years of experience in HR, general management, and sports management, Kris has a strong track record of driving visionary thinking, challenging the status quo, and delivering success across diverse sectors and geographies. Kris has a strong passion for mental health and domestic violence and wants to ensure there is always support available to women and children.

Sophie Kysil

Board Member

Sophie has a passion for seeing people and organisations succeed, particularly through the constant change and reinvention required in today’s workplace. She has nearly 30 years’ experience in leading and delivering organisational (transformational) change, developing cultures which embrace change, along with developing organisational capability and high performing teams to deliver on strategy.

Tom Pereira

Board Member

Tom is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience primarily in tech-enabled consumer business. I operate comfortably in environments spanning fast-growing start-ups to large listed multinationals.
