Rachael Natoli
Founder and CEO
Rachael Natoli is an accomplished primary school teacher, who drove successful change and performance within the education sector. Rachael has attained a postgraduate certificate in Early Professional Development and BA (Hons) in Primary Education from Leeds Beckett University. She is also the recipient of three Duke of Edinburgh Awards, including the gold standard, which she gained in 2007 for her community service, skill and physical recreation. She shares her experience and offers inspiring messages of hope for victims and survivors.
Rachael loves sport and is passionate about her team, the Sydney Roosters, which she supports religiously.
Michelle Francis

An experienced digital native and marketing leader, Michelle Francis brings deep expertise in digital strategy, integrated marketing, and media buying, backed by a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Western Sydney. A former board observer at Lokahi and appointed as a Director in 2025, Michelle is passionate about helping others and brings a strong industry voice through roles such as Co-Chair of the IAB Effectiveness Council, speaker at the Strategy & Innovation World Forum, and contributor to postgraduate education at UTS.
